The acronym ESTQB stands for Ethiopian Software Testing Qualifications Board. It is a national board (Ethiopian) of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).

Since July 15th, 2019 The Ethiopian Software Testing Qualification Board (ESTQB) change it name as the Ethiopian Software Testing Association-ESTA.

The ISTQB General Assembly meeting at San Francisco, USA on 28 March, 2014 approved admission of Ethiopia as a new ISTQB Member becomes 47th Country Join ISTQB.

Our main objectives are:

• registering volunteer members who are interested in Software Testing and building software testers professional network
• providing an internationally recognition certificate( in software testing) to help young Ethiopians who has no job and has certificate or diploma or degree in any field and interested to be a software tester professional
