Since July 15th, 2019 The Ethiopian Software Testing Qualification Board (ESTQB) change it name as the Ethiopian Software Testing Association-ESTA.
The acronym ESTQB stands for Ethiopian Software Testing Qualifications Board. It is a national board (Ethiopian) of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).
The ISTQB General Assembly meeting at San Francisco, USA on 28 March, 2014 approved admission of Ethiopia as a new ISTQB Member becomes 47th Country Join ISTQB.
Our main objectives are:
- registering volunteer members who are interested in Software Testing and building software testers professional network
- providing an internationally recognition certificate( in software testing) to help young Ethiopians who has no job and has certificate or diploma or degree in any field and interested to be a software tester professional
